Elliptical Trainer

The elliptical trainer is a great low impact way to build endurance while protecting your aching joints.


Recumbent Bike

Recumbent bikes offer a wider seat, more back support and pedals that are positioned in front of you rather than directly below.  This provides more focus on your glutes and thighs, which will give you new results from a traditional bicycle.
